Numerous representatives from different institutions came together to exchange experiences, learn from each other and jointly advance digital transformation.
The summit offered practical presentations, open discussions, and a variety of networking opportunities. A particular focus was on experiences with the introduction and further development of digital forms and how they simplify work, accelerate processes, and improve user-friendliness for policyholders.

on current developments and successes in its digital service offering.
Vanessa Wolfinger (AHV-IV-FAK Liechtenstein) & Georg Taucher (aforms):
Under the title «Implementation of the Digital Agenda AHV-IV-FAK Liechtenstein,» she presented the status and successes of the digital strategy in Liechtenstein.
Marvin Behrendt (aforms):
With «AFS ai-assist - from online forms to user-centered interaction,» aforms presented how AI-supported assistance can and will revolutionize everyday work.
Georg Taucher (aforms):
The presentation «AFS Portal Integration in Liferay Using the Example of the Pharmaceutical Salary Fund» demonstrated how existing portals can be seamlessly integrated with AFS solutions.
In addition to the content-related input, the focus was also on the community: hurdles, opportunities, and solutions were discussed together. This demonstrated the value of synergies in form creation and how sustainable progress can be achieved through collaboration.
The day ended with a clear conclusion: The digitalization of social insurance is progressing, and the SV Summit is the place where we can shape this journey together.
