Review & presentations: SV-Summit on September 3 in Zurich

The summit for social insurance in Switzerland took place on September 3. 35 participants were able to gain a unique insight into the best practices of SVZ Thurgau, AHV Liechtenstein and SVA St.Gallen.

Our speakers addressed the following aspects, among others.

  • The reasons for their choice of the AFS forms management system
  • The procedure for implementing the solution in existing infrastructures
  • The improvements achieved in processing and customer service

Marvin Behrendt began by giving a brief overview of aforms and its long-standing work in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Austria

Manuel Schwager and Besmire Neziri then opened the customer presentations with the contribution from the Thurgau Social Insurance Center

Daniel Banzer from the Liechtenstein AHV-IV-FAK about the introduction of aforms

Finally, Peter Ringeisen from SVA St.Gallen gave an explanation why online forms are the first rocket stage of digitalization
