New version: AFS 2025 is here

Overview of new features and enhancements

1. Full Docker support:
Starting in 2025, AFS will be fully delivered with Docker images. This enables standardized deployment and flexible infrastructure management. This allows for more efficient scaling, better cloud deployment, and customized environment configuration.

2. Connection via standard interface to dadeX (RSV & SDG):
Connecting to national (RSV) and international registers (SDG) and querying this valid data offers numerous advantages for citizens and organizations. This enables the provision of "once-only" services without media disruption. Details here ».

3. New features in PDF generation:
A completely redesigned PDF generation has been implemented, offering numerous new design and customization options. This means there are virtually no limits to your creative possibilities. In addition to the built-in print generators, AFS 2025 also supports Word templates with Aspose and remains compatible with third-party generators.

4. SpEL syntax check:
AFS designer now features syntax validation for SpEL expressions. This allows formulas to be tested directly during form creation, and the form builder displays meaningful error messages.

5. Mobile Scan Improvements
Using a QR code in the form, you can upload files directly into the form using your mobile device. With AFS 2025, you can now upload multiple files at once, merge them, and convert them to PDF if desired.

6. Multiple editing in user management:
Users in AFS designer and the AFS inbox can now be edited simultaneously. A revised filter and multiple selection make managing permissions and settings much easier.
